Gaëlle Baron-Sellier

Training and experience

Precise Shiatsu pressure on the hand
“The hand is the instrument of all instruments.” Aristotle, 350 BCE.

Trained at the École de Shiatsu Thérapeutique de Paris, Bernard Bouheret's school, Gaëlle Baron-Sellier supports individuals and teams through a precise, embodied and respectful hands-on practice. The long training combines traditional Chinese medicine, physiology, anatomy and practice among hospital staff, students and varied audiences.

Before Shiatsu, Gaëlle worked for fifteen years as a television writer. This path sharpened her attention to human stories, rhythms, invisible tension and what is sometimes expressed without words. Shiatsu and Flow extends this listening through the body.
